Time is running out to pick up six PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 titles on the PS Store. The PS4 will be more affected in this case, as it's looking like Sony continues to phase out the console's era ahead of its 13th anniversary.
Specifically, Rec Room is among the games set to be discontinued. All in-game purchases will be disabled at the start of May, with online services completely disabled by June 1. This includes both the PS5 and PS4 versions of the title, while the rest of the games ending support will be PS4 only. Check out the complete list of removals below, courtesy of Push Square.
Rec Room, Battlefield Hardline & More Are Being Delisted

Rec Room (PS5, PS4): May 1 (In-Game Purchases Disabled); June 1 (Online Services Disabled)
Pinball FX3 (PS4): TBC May (Hidden from PS Store)
Pinball FX (PS4): June 1 (Support Ending)
Pinball M (PS4): June 1 (Support Ending)
Horizon Chase Turbo (PS4): June 1 (Delisted)
Battlefield Hardline (PS4): May 22 (Delisted); June 22 (Online Services Disabled)
Notably, Pinball FX3 is going to be hidden from the PS Store, but isn't going offline just yet. New players will not be able to find the game, but current owners will still be able to play it. All of its attached DLC will also still be able to be purchased from within the game. This is in contrast to Pinball M, which will no longer be given any new DLC or updates as of June 1. The PS5 versions will remain unaffected, other than Pinball M getting its title changed to Pinball FX Midnight.
In the case of the racing title Horizon Chase Turbo, the delisting on June 1 follows many layoffs behind the scenes at Epic Games. All of its DLC packs will be delisted with the game, though existing copies will remain in digital game libraries for owners. The good news is that Horizon Chase 2 is not affected, including both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the sequel.
Battlefield Hardline's PS4 Version Is Now Going Away

One of the biggest titles being delisted is the PS4 version of Battlefield Hardline, which is leaving the PS Store on May 22. Servers will remain online for another month before they go offline on June 22, allowing PS4 players a few more weeks to say goodbye. This follows the PS3 version of the game already going offline. The game originally debuted in 2015, when it was made available on both PS3 and PS4. It was delisted from PS3 consoles in 2024 with online services shutting down that year.
Some titles are lucky enough to make a return after being delisted. Gylt, a 2023 release for PS4 and PS5 from the now-defunct studio Tequila Works, was previously delisted and seemed to be gone forever. This month, it made a surprise return after new IP owners Parallel Circles resurrected the title. It can now be purchased again for both PS4 and PS5.
