Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer Star Michelle Trachtenberg Dies at 39

Michelle Trachtenberg, known for roles in hit TV series like Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has passed away. The Post reports police are not investigating the actress' death as suspicious.

Trachtenberg began her acting career as a child actor and debuted on Law & Order in 1991 in an uncredited appearance in the procedural police drama's Season 2. She later found more stability with the Nickelodeon TV series The Adventures of Pete & Pete, where she appeared in Seasons 2 and 3 as Nona F. Mecklenberg.
