Bluey is officially crossing over with Minecraft, as BBC Studios announces a brand-new downloadable experience that brings the beloved animated series into Mojang’s blocky video game world for the first time.
Launching on February 5, Bluey DLC: Bluey’s House invites players to explore the Heelers’ iconic home, meet familiar characters, and take part in mini-games inspired directly by the award-winning series. The DLC will be available globally on the Minecraft Marketplace for Bedrock Edition players.
Explore the Heeler Home in Minecraft

Developed by Jigarbov Productions in partnership with BBC Studios and Ludo Studio, the DLC reimagines Bluey’s House as a fully interactive Minecraft experience. Players can meet Bluey, Bingo, Mum (Chili), and Dad (Bandit) while searching for hidden keys throughout the home, unlocking new rooms and areas as they progress.
As players explore, they can participate in recognizable activities pulled straight from the show, including I-Spy, Hide and Seek, and Ragdoll. Additional surprises and mini-games are unlocked as players discover the family’s favorite things, with plenty of playful details and Easter eggs tucked throughout the environment. The experience can be enjoyed solo or with friends, encouraging cooperative play for families.
“Bringing Bluey to Minecraft opens up a new way for fans to engage with the brand in a place where they already love to play," Marina Mello, Global Director, Gaming & Interactive at BBC Studios, said in a statement. "This partnership is a great example of how we’re evolving the way our brands live beyond the screen. By collaborating with Microsoft and Jigarbov, we’re able to explore new forms of interactive storytelling that feel native to platforms like Minecraft, while staying true to what makes Bluey so special.”
A New Way for Families to Experience Bluey

Bluey’s arrival in Minecraft offers a new entry point for younger players while introducing the series to Minecraft’s massive global audience. The DLC emphasizes creativity, humor, and exploration, aligning with the values that have helped Bluey become a global phenomenon across television and streaming platforms. Recently, a new Bluey game made in collaboration between the show's creators and Halfbrick Studios was released as well, which nails the spirit of the show.
To celebrate the launch, all Minecraft Bedrock players will be able to claim a free Chattermax Mask from the Minecraft Marketplace until March 6. After that date, the cosmetic item will remain available as a paid purchase.
Bluey DLC: Bluey’s House launches worldwide on February 5 and will be available exclusively through the Minecraft Marketplace on Bedrock Edition platforms.
