Hawkeye: The MCU's Kate Bishop Debuts in First Disney+ Trailer

Marvel Studios has debuted the first official trailer for Hawkeye ahead of the Disney+ original series' November premiere.

The trailer gives True Believers an idea of what they can expect from the upcoming Christmas-themed superhero series, featuring the debut of the new Hawkeye, Kate Bishop as well as several aspects from the award-winning comic by Matt Fraction and David Aja, including the Tracksuit Mafia and Pizza Dog.

The latest Disney+ original series set within the MCU, Hawkeye marks the return of Clint Barton/Hawkeye (Renner), whose last live-action appearance came in the 2019 film Avengers: Endgame. The series focuses on Kate (Hailee Steinfeld), whom Clint trains to take up the mantle of Hawkeye. Created by Allan Heinberg and Jim Cheung, the character of Kate Bishop/Hawkeye was first introduced to the world of Marvel Comics in 2005 in the pages of Young Avengers.

In addition to Renner and Steinfeld, Marvel Studios' Hawkeye series also stars Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez/Echo, with a spinoff series centered on the Native American superheroine also in the works at Disney+. What's more, Hawkeye sees Florence Pugh reprise her role as Yelena Belova from the MCU film Black Widow, which released earlier this year.

Hawkeye premieres Nov. 24 on Disney+. The series will run for a total of six episodes, concluding on Dec. 29.
