Alright Bay Area, this is your heads-up—Free Comic Book Day is going down this Saturday, and if you’re even a little bit into comics, pop culture, or just free stuff… this is your day.

Let’s start in San FranciscoIsotope Comics is the big one. I’m talking lines, costumes, creators, the whole scene. If you want the full comic con energy in one store, that’s your spot.

Also in the city—Comix Experience—great mix of indie and mainstream titles, super organized. And if you want something a little more low-key, check out Mission Comics & Art—same free comics, less chaos.

Now heading to the East Bay—Flying Colors Comics & Other Cool Stuff—this is a MAJOR stop. Huge selection, big crowds, big energy.Dr. Comics & Mr. Games—tons of comics plus raffles and games. And Cape and Cowl Comics—perfect if you’ve got kids or first-time readers.

Down in the South Bay—SpaceCat Comics and Toys—always a big turnout, toys, comics, the whole mix.Plus Heroes Comics—classic shop, strong community vibe.

Quick tip—get there early. Most shops limit how many free comics you can grab, and the good ones go fast. We’re talking Marvel, DC, indie exclusives—you don’t want to miss it.

Bottom line—this Saturday, free comics, local shops, and one of the best community events of the year.

I’m telling you—go support your local comic shop… and grab some free books while you’re at it.
