The Hunger Games Prequel Casts Its Young Effie Trinket

The Great star Elle Fanning has joined The Hunger Games franchise. Lionsgate just announced that Fanning will portray a young Effie Trinket in Sunrise on the Reaping. Elizabeth Banks portrayed an older version of the character in the original film series.
