The Darkest Variants of the MCU's Newest Heroes Just Landed in a New Red Band Series

Ahead of the release of the epic Marvel Zombies miniseries on Disney+ later this month, Marvel is celebrating the darkest versions of their classic heroes in a new Red Band (Marvel's equivalent of an "R-rated" comic book, polybagged so that people can't flip through it at the local comic book shop and see all of the gore) miniseries set in the Silver Age,

Marvel Zombies: Red Band #1 is from writers Ethan S. Parker and Griffin Sheridan and artist Jan Bazaldua, with a cover by Greg Land, and it introduces readers to a brand-new take on the classic Marvel Zombies format, distinctive from all past Marvel Zombies projects at Marvel (and there have been a TON of them over the years, ever since Robert Kirkman and Sean Phillips launched the concept back in 2005).
